Amit Mazumdar, Founder & CEO

Amit Mazumdar, CEO and co-founder, has over 20 years of high-tech marketing, product management, and business development experience. His career spans companies in the hardware, systems, and software industries, and ranges from VC-funded startups to divisions of Fortune 100 companies. Amit was most recently a Director of Business Development at ShareWave, a wireless networking startup acquired by Cirrus Logic. Before that he worked at General Magic, software Publishing Corp., Radius, and Atex (a division of Kodak).

Govinda Karempudi, Founder & CTO

Govinda Karempudi, CTO and co-founder, has over 20 years of experience in the design and development of market-defining, user-centric applications at leading technology companies. Products include SuperCalc at Computer Associates, Harvard Graphics at Software Publishing Corp., web-based document management at Documentum and TopTools device-management at Hewlett Packard.

Jim Schraith, Director

Jim brings over 20 years of high-tech leadership experience to VisualCalc. Jim is currently an angel investor in the Sacramento area, a Venture Partner in Capital Valley Ventures, and a Managing Partner of the El Dorado Hills Technology Incubator. Jim's prior operating roles include CEO/COO and senior VP roles at Quantum, ShareWave, Compaq Computer and AST Research. At Compaq he was responsible for $10 billion in sales and oversaw over 6000 employees. Jim co-founded QTV Capital, a Bay area venture capital firm focused on the storage market. Jim is an investor and/or board member at JiWire, Sierra Logic, VisualCalc, NetSales.com, ResellerManager, SCOPE iT, Schilling Robotics and Semtech Corp.

Graeme Plant, Director

Graeme has held several marketing, project management and business development positions throughout his 25-year career. Most recently, he was a VP of marketing for Little Mountain Group (LMG) which he successfully sold to QLogic in 2001. At QLogic, Graeme continued in a product marketing and sales leadership role with the LMG technology that has positioned QLogic as the market leader in IP Storage networking. Prior to that, Graeme held marketing, sales management and program management roles at ShareWave, Hewlett Packard and Sprint.

Todd Wille, Advisor

Todd Wille is currently President, CEO & Chairman of Unify, Inc. Previously, he served as Unify's corporate controller and CFO from 1995 to 1998. Prior to rejoining Unify, Todd served as the CFO, Vice President of Finance and then as Senior Vice President of Operations for FRx Software, based in Denver, Colorado, where he was instrumental in guiding the company's strategic direction and dynamic revenue growth.
